One to Watch has been removed from the App Store

I've taken the difficult decision to remove One to Watch from the App Store. I've not been in a place to update One to Watch for new devices for years and haven't renewed my developer account this year, meaning immediate removal from the store.

This means that One to Watch won't download onto new devices. As I never had the chance to implement export, a manual backup via pen and paper is the best I can suggest. There are several great replacements on the App Store.

Hopefully at some point I'll have some time to bring it back up to date and back on the store.

One to Watch.

Don't miss a thing.

One to Watch is a standalone iPhone app to keep a record of the films you want to watch. It isn't part of an online service, so you don't need to sign up to anything in order to begin. Just open the app and get started.

One to Watch fetches film details which makes choosing a film to watch easy and it shows beautiful full screen artwork. It's also stupidly fast.

Supported: iPhone 5S, 5, 4S and 4. iOS 7 and above.

One to Watch is created by Mike Rhodes under the name Small Text.

Closing remarks

The data

One to Watch uses:

  • The TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.
  • The Freebase API, but is not endorsed nor certified by Freebase.

I'm insanely thankful to these services, without which One to Watch would not exist.
